Manitou Springs Resort & Mineral Spa is a premier destination known for its unique mineral-rich pool, relaxing spa, and exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Cleaning Rooms and be with your team during the cleaning operations
• Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and quality in their work.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies for optimal workflow.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, and coordinate orders as needed.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns related to housekeeping services in a prompt and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous minimum 1yr experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures in the hospitality industry.
