Group Marketing and Sales are the guest’s first and primary contact for our groups, therefore subject to a higher demand of multitasking, high detail attention, and customer service in order to achieve the high standards of the Resort

This job position performs the following duties, but not restricted to:

• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
• Do bookings for both individuals, groups of 10 or more room blocks
• Organize events with the organizer from meals, activities, etc
• Communication with entire hotel of occupancy of hotel, groups needs/expectations, etc
• Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by telephone, in person or
• Provide information about services available in the community
• Respond to guests' and Group complaints/compliments
• Accounts Receivables – payments for group events, direct billing accounts, etc
• Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized systems
• Assist front desk with phones, individual guest services when
• Knowledge of Microsoft Work, and Exel programs,
• Graphic programs for advertising
• Room Master Hotel Booking System/5 Star Banquet System
